If anyone in the focus group do subscribe to blockbuster or netflix, we can ask if they take any steps before they decide to rent a specific movie in order to save time, e.g. checking if the movie is available on-demand, checking if it is available online, and\/or checking TV listings and setting a DVR\/TiVo to record the movie.<br \/>\n<br \/>\nWe can also ask questions to determine how Gen-Y watches television programs.
